As Head of Growth (Strategy & Partnerships) at DCAP, you will own the design and execution of a growth strategy that scales our products through strategic alliances, new commercial initiatives, and ecosystem development. You will identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships (with banks, SMEs, fintechs, etc.), develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and lead cross-functional teams to unlock new channels of revenue, particularly in underserved markets.

Handle debt recovery, resolve disputes, update records & liaise with teams. 1+ yr exp in collections, strong comms & org skills needed. Fast-paced & agile role.
