Business Development Team
Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Partnership Manager to join our growing team. This full-time role is based in Kuala Lumpur or Penang and will play a crucial part in expanding our client base and driving business growth.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, results-oriented, and curious about "AI-know how". The position also requires willingness to travel outstation when necessary to meet with existing and potential clients, with fully claimable mileage and accommodation allowance.

- Spot New Opportunities: Identify and connect with potential partners across a wide range of industries to unlock exciting business opportunities.
- Craft Winning Proposals: Develop compelling, customized partnership proposals and presentations that align with partner goals and business needs.
- Seal the Deal: Lead negotiations and close strategic partnerships that create real value for both sides.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and ongoing success of every partnership.

Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in biz dev or partnerships.
- You know how to make a deal and keep relationships strong.
- Ready to travel and find it hard to stay in the office all day.
- Ready to juggle priorities in a fast-paced world.
- Willingness to take on new challenges and ad-hoc tasks as required.
