At UOB Malaysia, Sonia excelled as the Vice President of Business Banking, focusing on SME, FX, and Banca. In previous roles at UOB Thailand, Sonia led Fintech and Partnership initiatives, driving innovation and accelerating digital transformation for SMEs. With a proven track record of leadership and a deep understanding of the financial sector, Sonia excels in fostering strategic partnerships and spearheading transformative initiatives.

Wilson brings over 22 years of specialized experience in credit processing, operations, and analytics, covering both secured and unsecured products for consumer and commercial segments.

At Hong Leong Bank Malaysia, Wilson served as the Head of Credit for Personal Loans, where he managed and optimized credit operations. He then held the position of Head of Risk & Compliance at Boost Credit, where he was a pioneer member of the team that established Boost Bank, one of the five digital banks in Malaysia. In this role, he focused on serving the underserved segments through micro-financing and micro-insurance products. Wilson’s deep expertise in credit and risk management enhances his ability to drive operational excellence and ensure robust compliance in evolving financial environments.

Hikmat brings over 20 years of experience in fintech, software engineering, UI/UX, and digital transformation across SC-licensed asset management firm, creative digital agencies, and e-commerce startups.

He has held leadership roles as CTO at Airo Malaysia and Bemalas, and served as Founder & Director at CPGI and Motive Interactive. At DCAP, Hikmat leads the company’s technology strategy, focusing on platform scalability, cybersecurity, and compliance. His expertise in product development, IT governance, UX and DevOps supports DCAP’s mission to deliver innovative, secure, and inclusive financial solutions.

Zan Kai brings over 19 years of experience in artificial intelligence, data science, and machine learning, spanning academic research, credit scoring, and fintech implementation across banking and digital finance.

At one of the Malaysia eWallet companies and a credit reporting agency, he built credit scoring and fraud detection models using alternative data sources, contributing to Malaysia's digital banking ecosystem. Previously at a digital advertising company, he developed telco-based credit scoring models and audience targeting systems, while his seven years as Assistant Professor at UTAR produced published research in network optimization and IoT communications. At DCAP since 2023, Zan Kai leads the company's AI and data science strategy, applying machine learning and large language models to credit decisioning and portfolio intelligence.
